LET’S BOUNCE INFLATABLES RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 At Let’s Bounce Inflatables Ltd, we stand behind the quality of our inflatable products. All sales are final; however, products with verified manufacturing defects may be eligible for repair or replacement under our One Year Limited Warranty.

Warranty Eligibility:

  • Applies only to regular-priced and sale items.
  • Clearance items are not covered by warranty and are sold as-is.
  • Claims must be made within one year from the purchase date and are non-transferable.
  • Photos and videos documenting the issue are required with all claims.

     

What’s Covered:

  • Defects in materials, design, or workmanship.
  • Assessment may be done via email/photos or physical inspection at our shop location.

     

What’s Not Covered:

  • Normal wear and tear, color fading, misuse, mold/water damage, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Items such as zippers, velcro, netting, pool liners, high-traffic areas, etc.

     

Shipping:

  • The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to returns or repairs.
  • If a product is found to be covered under warranty, repair will be done at no charge, but return shipping remains the customer’s responsibility.

     

No Refunds or Exchnges:

We do not issue refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.

  1. Proof of purchase
  2. Description of the issue
  3. Clear photos and videos of the defect
